TRAINING COURSES

Among the various steps required for delivery of a fire extinguishing system has particular relevance the training of personnel involved in the management of itself. Over the years SV safety systems it has developed a considerable experience in the training and coaching of personnel who must intervene in a situation of fire controlled by a safety system in order to maximize effectiveness.

• Ensure that any flammable materials are isolated and segregated in properly ventilated areas;
• Ensure order and cleanliness of the workplace;
• Do not expose the combustible gas tank to heat sources;
• Avoid the use of open flames and do not smoke near combustible material;
• Lock promptly leaks of flammable substances and eliminate any settlement;
• Perform “hot work” only with the consent and by taking the necessary precautions;
• Supervise the operation of the electric and the integrity of electrical cable systems;
• Use carefully electrical equipment not overload wall outlets, paying attention to the wrong contacts, eliminating slippers, multiple sockets and loose cables and pulling the plug out of the socket whenever you have a doubt about the perfect operation of the equipment;
• Do not empty the ashtrays in paper baskets;
• Check and monitor the overheating of motors, transformers or other electrical equipment, also verifying that their ventilation is not impeded or impaired (for. Eg. Avoiding  clothes on the engines or objects).

• Overview of the EXFIRE360 panel and notions about the input-output cards;
• Basic Quick Tasks for EXFIRE360panel;
• rapid execution reset procedure;
• event / alarm display procedure;
• exclusion / inclusion procedure;
• Concepts about control panel in case of switching off and switching on of itself;
• Replacing a broken board;
• General knowledge about on the communication between the EXFIRE360 panel and Enterprise graphic software;
• Explanations about the architecture of the Enterprise software;
• Inserting user logout and login password;
• Procedure for exclusion and inclusion of signals and other common operations facility management via software;
• display of historical events Procedure

This seminar aims to provide a general overview related to the two main design standards for the detection and fire alarm systems: NFPA 72 (National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code) and NFPA 170 (Standard for Fire Safety and Emergency Symbols).
NFPA 72
• Fundamentals (chapter 10)
• Circuits & pathways (chapter 12)
• Inspection, testing and maintenance (chapter 14)
• Initiating devices and notification appliances (chapter 17, 18)
• Protected premises fire alarm systems (chapter 23)
NFPA 170
• Symbols for use in architectural and engineering drawings and diagrams insur ance

This course has the purpose of providing detailed elements for the design of a fire alarm system. It is divided into two days (n. 12 hours total) and consists thorough investigation of the various sections of NFPA 72 and the elements from the electrical loanable NFPA 70 for fire detection applications. The topics covered are listed below:
NFPA 72
• Fundamentals (chapter 10)
• Circuits & pathways (chapter 12)
• Inspection, testing and maintenance (chapter 14)
• Initiating devices and notification appliances (chapter 17, 18)
• Emergency control functions and interfaces (chapter 21)
• Protected premises fire alarm systems (chapter 23)
• Emergency communication systems (chapter 24)
• Supervising station alarm systems (chapter 26)
NFPA 170
• Symbols for use in architectural and engineering drawings and diagrams insurance

Below we listed other panel and supervisory boards on which we have made operational courses:
• ExFire360
• Kentec Syncro
• Kentec Firebeta XT
• Rockwell Allen Bradley PLC
• Kidde Vega
• Xtralis Vesda
